Faultless quality throughout the whole place. It is gratifying to see how the Inglis family and their staff have incorporated the history of the original Newmarket sales and stable facility from Randwick into this 5 star establishment. No detail has been missed and the quality of the inclusions has to be seen to be believed. The staff and management obviously take pride in their surroundings and the outdoor and garden areas are a real highlight. The rooms have individual touches and from either single room or suite you are spoiled for comfort. Incredible experience.

What a wonderful dinner food and wine just great. The highlight of the night the staff singing happy birthday to my friend as the brought her dessert out . Thank you for a lovely night. We will definitely be back.

The rooms were fantastic with alot of attention to detail. The stories behind them were terrific to read. The restaurant was lovely with friendly service and excellent food. It's was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend this hotel to others.
